Rebels Football team ranked 6 in province

Defensive MVP Joel Murry, True Grit Award Jordan
Marr, and Rookie of the Year Jordan Willox.
“Each of these players demonstrated a great amount
of teamwork, dedication and skill that was necessary
THE WEEKLY ANCHOR for our season's success,” says Bachinsky. “We look

forward to seeing what they can do in the future.
With that said, there will be a number of grade 12

G a r d eners senior basketball games at Holy Redeemer High
The Holy Redeemer Rebels hosted back-to-back
School on December 9. Both boys and girls senior

School Saints in the season's first home game.
The boys game was intense during the first two

close score. HRH broke away in the third quarter,
creating a larger lead from St. Joes of about twenty
points. HRH won a lot of the rebounds, and their

Coach Peter Saik commented that the team has
come a long way since the first game of the season
and have since won three straight games. “The team
is young but they're really hardworking. I think they
have the potential to do some really great things this
year,” says Saik.
Immediately after the boys game, the girls came
out playing hard and blew away St. Joes with a score
of 64-20, making it a great way to start the season.
