more people are enjoying the trail system.
For anyone just starting out, or who is unsure
of how to begin Stoner-Walker had this advice,
“Get out and ride! The more you are on your
bike, the faster you will develop and sustain
skills. Walk any tricky sections the first time.
After that you can make an informed decision
on what you feel comfortable riding. Find
people to ride with; you're more likely to ride
when you have company. Come to a group ride
at Willmore! We are happy to give advice and
encouragement.”
Group rides are Monday evenings for men
and ladies and Wednesday night is ladies night.
Both rides meet at 6:45 and leave at 7 p.m.
