In accordance with the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Weyerhaeuser Company Limited is applying to Alberta Environment and Sustainable
Resource Development (ESRD) under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) for a renewal of their EPEA approval to construct, operate and
decommission an Oriented Strand Board (OSB) wood processing plant. The annual production capacity of the plant is 460 million square feet of OSB on 3/8 inch
basis. This plant is located E ½ section 23, Township 53, Range 17, W5M within the town of Edson.

Pursuant to section 73 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, any person who is directly affected by this operation may submit a written statement
of concern regarding this application. Failure to file a statement of concern may affect the right to file a Notice of Appeal with the Environmental Appeals Board.
