Canadian Firearms Safety (Non-Restricted)

If you are planning to acquire or buy rifles and/or shotguns or
apply for your Minor’s license, this is the course for you.
Successful students will take home the paperwork giving them
the ability to apply for a Possession and Acquisition Firearms
License. Please bring the following to class: 1. two pieces of
identification which can include your driver’s license, birth
certificate, status card, passport, and Alberta Health Card or
W.I.N. card 2. your possession Only Firearms License if you
have one 3. your residential address (house number and street
OR Legal Land Description as it appears on your power bill). This
course is open to anyone ages 12 or older. Please bring a lunch.

Canadian Firearms Safety (Restricted)

In order to buy or acquire a restricted firearm you must
successfully complete this
course. The federal Government has passed Bill C-42 and
there is no longer any opportunity to challenge either of the
Firearms Safety Courses. This course is open to persons who
