Federal Conservative Party candidate forum in Edson

by Cassie Kushniruk

In light of the upcoming vote on a
Federal Conservative Party
Representative for Yellowhead Riding,
a public forum was held at the Red
Brick Arts Centre on October 4 where
community members had the
opportunity to listen to ideas proposed
by the five candidates and ask
questions.
The successful contestant will
become the Conservative
Representative for MP of the riding
during the upcoming federal election.
Parkland County resident Kathy
Rondeau was one of the five
candidates in attendance, who, in her
opening statement, mentioned her love
for getting out into communities,
communicating with residents, and
listening to everyone's concerns and
ideas in order to come up with
solutions to address current issues.
